From Validated Idea to Live Product

The gap between a validated idea and a product someone can pay for is where most projects quietly die. Not because the idea was wrong, but because shipping requires a hundred small decisions and any one of them is a good enough excuse to stall.

It is not what it used to be, either. Building the thing is no longer the hard part, and the excuses that worked five years ago do not survive contact with what one person can now put together in a weekend. Which removes the alibi and leaves the decisions.

So this cluster is about closing that gap fast, and doing it in the right order.

Scope first: what the first version has to do and, more importantly, what it does not. Most first versions fail from doing too much, not too little. Positioning next: what it is, who it is for, and what it replaces. If you cannot say that in one sentence, the landing page will not save you. Pricing after that: what you charge, on what basis, and why that number rather than a rounder one. Then the landing page, the launch, and the moment it goes public.

We are interested in shipped, not shippable. A product sitting in a repository is not a business.
